Dr. Lorandos received his B.A. in Psychology from San Francisco State University. He attended the New School for Social Research in New York City, studying the principles and methodology of science. He earned the Graduate Faculty of Political and Social Sciences scholarship award.

He spent the next four years studying the philosophy of science at an experimental university, earning a Ph.D. in 1976. He served two clinical internships and completed his doctorate in Clinical Psychology with Union Graduate School in Cincinnati. 

Dr. Lorandos taught as an assistant, then associate, professor at Indiana University, Saginaw Valley State College, and Central Michigan University.

He created the largest private Vietnam veterans treatment program in the United States, which won national recognition from the Vietnam Veterans of America. 

As a research scientist, he has published both commentary and original scientific research in many scientific journals. 

He has also published three books: Cross-Examining Experts in the Behavioral Sciences (co-authored with Dr. Terence Campbell); Benchbook in the Behavioral Sciences: Psychiatry – Psychology – Social Work (co-authored with Dr. Terence Campbell); and The International Handbook of Parental Alienation Syndrome- Conceptual, clinical and Legal Perspectives which brings contributors from all over the world together to discuss this important phenomena.  

Dr. Lorandos retired from the active practice of clinical psychology to attend the University of Detroit Law School, where he graduated with honors in 1991. He is licensed in New York, California and Michigan an attorney, and in California and Michigan as a psychologist.

Dr. Campbell received his B.A. in Psychology from Western Michigan University in 1965. He earned his Ph.D. in Human Development and Clinical Psychology at the University of Maryland in 1970. He did post-doctoral training in family psychology and family therapy at the University of Rochester School of Medicine. 

He has been designated a Fellow of the American Psychological Society and is listed in the 56th edition (2002) of Who’s Who in America. He has qualified as an expert witness in state courts all across the US, the US Military Courts, Federal Courts and the Courts of Canada. 

Dr. Campbell serves on the Scientific and Advisory Board of the False Memory Syndrome Foundation of Philadelphia, the Scientific Advisory Board of the National Association for Consumer Protection in Mental Health Practices, and the editorial board of the Journal of Systemic Therapies.

He has also been designated as a Fellow of the American Psychological Society in recognition of a "distinguished contribution to psychological practice."

He has authored numerous professional articles in scientific journals and written four books, Beware the Talking Cure: Psycho-therapy May Be Hazardous to Your Mental Health, Smoke and Mirrors: The Devastating Effect of False Sexual Abuse Claims, Cross-Examining Experts in the Behavioral Sciences (co-authored with Demosthenes Lorandos) and the forthcoming Benchbook in the Behavioral Sciences: Psychiatry – Psychology – Social Work (co-authored with Demosthenes Lorandos).

Patrick Clancy, JD, is a Certified Criminal Law Specialist in California.  After tours of duty with the Los Angeles County and Solano County Public Defender’s Offices, he entered private practice and began to focus on the cases and causes of false allegations of sexual molestation. 

Mr. Clancy has tried or handled over 500 such cases to date.  He has also testified as an expert witness in legal malpractice  hearings concerning the mishandling of cases involving allegations of sexual molestation. 

Mr. Clancy co-authored Has A Child Been Molested? and has been published by the American Bar Association on this topic.  A System Out of Balance is a video that he produced on the history of the child protection movement.  Making Memories is a video that he co-produced on the subject of the Recovered Memory Movement. 

For years Mr. Clancy has shared his knowledge as a guest speaker at numerous seminars throughout the US, and has made available his work product with other attorneys by allowing the California Public Defenders Association to distribute his motion bank (Clancy Motions).
